Adam Spires racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Silver Spring Takoma T Bolts. He homered in the fourth inning and singled in the fifth inning.

Joseph Strain improved to 2-1 on the year by picking up the win for the Rockville Express. He allowed three runs over 4 2/3 innings. He struck out four, walked two and surrendered five hits.

Hunter Englehart ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his fourth loss of the year. He allowed six runs in seven innings, walked one and struck out nine.
