Kevin Reese kept the Sugar Land Skeeters (53-66) off the board during his seven innings of work and the Camden Riversharks (56-61) beat the Sugar Land Skeeters, 6-1.

Reese allowed three hits, two walks and struck out four.

Raul Padron racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Camden Riversharks. He homered in the third inning.

Kelvin Villa ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his sixth loss of the year. He allowed six runs in 5 2/3 innings, walked two and struck out three.
