Tucker Tubbs had two extra-base hits for the Hamilton Joes. He doubled in the fourth inning and homered in the seventh inning.

Cameron Pongs ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He lasted just 2 2/3 innings, walked three, struck out four, and allowed three runs.
