Ivan de Jesus went 5-5 at the plate, helping the Lima Locos (21-13) to a 6-1 victory over the Lexington Hustlers (13-18) on Saturday at Henry Clay HS.

He homered in the third inning, doubled in the first and fifth innings, and singled in the seventh and ninth innings.

Garrick Whittle racked up six strikeouts in the the Lima Locos win. Whittle allowed one earned run on three hits and two walks over six innings.

Logan Shaftner was charged with his fourth loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed five runs.
