The Dayton Docs (16-19) and the Hamilton Joes (11-21) both threatened with rallies, but it was the Dayton Docs that eventually took advantage of them in a 5-2 win at Wright State University.

Patrick Paligraf racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Dayton Docs. He singled in the second innings and doubled in the fourth inning.

Michael Clark struck out seven hitters en route to the the Dayton Docs win. The Dayton Docs' pitcher gave up just four hits over five shutout innings.

Jeff Smith racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Hamilton Joes. He homered in the sixth inning and singled in the eighth inning.

Gabriel Viso couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Hamilton Joes, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
