Anthony Smith went 2-4 and hit a home run, sparking the Stark County Terriers (15-14) to a 5-1 victory in seven innings over the Lima Locos (17-9) on Saturday at Walsh University.

Casey Wilson picked up the win for the Stark County Terriers. Wilson pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and one walk while striking out five.

It was a good day at the plate for the Lima Locos' Stu Eisler. Eisler went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run. He singled in the second inning and homered in the seventh inning.

Jeremy Gooding was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just three innings, walked none, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
