Blaise Salter went 2-3 and hit a home run as the So. Ohio Copperheads (13-7) took home an 11-6 victory over the Cincinnati Steam (15-7) in seven innings at Western Hills HS on Sunday.

Matt Williams racked up three RBIs on one hit for the Cincinnati Steam. He homered in the seventh inning.

Justin Brantley recorded his third win of the year for the So. Ohio Copperheads. He allowed two runs over four innings. Brantley struck out three, walked three and gave up two hits.

Tyler Koors couldn't get it done on the hill for the Cincinnati Steam, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked two and struck out five.

The So. Ohio Copperheads easily handled the Cincinnati Steam pitching as six hitters combined for 13 hits, seven RBIs and 11 runs scored.
