The Xenia Scouts (13-17) rolled over the Grand Lake Mariners (8-22) 8-2 on Saturday at Grady Field after a six-run rally in the fifth inning.

Taylor Kaprive racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Xenia Scouts. He singled in the first inning and homered in the fifth inning.

Blake McKnight got the win for the Xenia Scouts thanks to six strikeouts. McKnight allowed two earned runs, five hits and three walks over 6 2/3 innings.

Tyler Jordan couldn't get it done on the mound for the Grand Lake Mariners, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed five runs.
