Patrick Paligraf went 2-4, helping the Dayton Docs (4-8) to an 8-4 victory over the Grand Lake Mariners (5-8) on Friday at Wright State University.

Jon Richard got the win for the Dayton Docs thanks to nine strikeouts. The Dayton Docs' pitcher gave up just four hits over five shutout innings.

Andrew Lack reached base four times. He also drove in one runner. He tripled in the fifth inning and singled in the first and seventh innings.

Travis Reboulet ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked three, struck out three, and allowed five runs.
