The Grand Lake Mariners (5-6) didn't have a chance on Tuesday, as the Licking County Settlers (8-3) won in blowout fashion, 9-3 at Westview Park.

The Licking County Settlers scored three runs in the fourth on an RBI single by Marcos Calderon, an RBI single by Calderon, and a two-run single by Parker Gibson.

Calderon racked up three RBIs on four hits for the Licking County Settlers.

Halen Core put together a nice outing. The Grand Lake Mariners managed just one hit off of Core, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three during his two innings of work.

Austin Coley couldn't get it done on the bump for the Grand Lake Mariners, taking a loss. He allowed seven runs in six innings, walked none and struck out seven.
