The Licking County Settlers (11-7) didn't stand a chance on Wednesday, as the Xenia Scouts (6-10) captured a blowout 13-6 win at Don Edwards Field.

The Xenia Scouts scored six runs in the sixth on an error, an RBI single by Justin Fahy, a two-run single by Taylor Kaprive, and a two-run double by Collin Radack.

The Xenia Scouts blew out the Licking County Settlers thanks to 18 hits, including zero extra base hits.

Radack racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Xenia Scouts.

Joshua Spears shut down the Licking County Settlers while he was on the mound. The Licking County Settlers managed just one hit off of Spears, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out two during his 3 2/3 innings of work.

Cody Angus (0-1) took the loss for the Licking County Settlers. He allowed nine runs in 1 1/3 innings, walked three and struck out two.
