Mike Fish went 2-4, helping the So. Ohio Copperheads (1-0) to a 6-3 victory over the Hamilton Joes (3-3) on Wednesday at Foundation Field.

Justin Brantley recorded his first win of the year for the So. Ohio Copperheads. He allowed one run over four innings. Brantley struck out six, walked three and gave up three hits.

Micheal Ricchi ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just five innings, walked none, struck out four, and allowed three runs.
