The Bethesda Big Train (2-0) pounded the Gaithersburg Giants (1-2) on Tuesday 12-1 at Criswell Automotive Field.

Drew Strotman picked up the win for the Bethesda Big Train. Strotman pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and no walks while striking out four.

Eddie ONeill brought the heat against the Bethesda Big Train during his outing. ONeill held the Bethesda Big Train hitless over 2 1/3 innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two.

Matt Chanin couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Gaithersburg Giants, taking a loss. He lasted just five innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed five runs.
