Cody Miller led the Alexandria Aces' offensive threat, as he got on base three times in the game. He scored two runs and had one RBI. He homered in the second inning.

Micah Kaczor got the win for the Alexandria Aces thanks to eight strikeouts. Kaczor allowed two earned runs, seven hits and one walk over seven innings.

John DeFazio couldn't get it done on the bump for the Vienna River Dogs, taking a loss. He allowed six runs in three innings, walked six and struck out three.
