The Lethbridge Bulls cruise past the Yorkton Cardinals, 7-1

The Yorkton Cardinals (4-4) didn't stand a chance on Tuesday, as the Lethbridge Bulls (5-1) captured a blowout 7-1 win at Jubilee Park.

A three-run double by Matthew Benn helped the Lethbridge Bulls score three runs in the fifth. The Lethbridge Bulls had one hit in the inning.

Ryan Pouwells racked up two RBIs on one hit for the Lethbridge Bulls. He tripled in the sixth inning.

The Yorkton Cardinals had no answer for Landen Bourassa, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Bourassa gave up just two hits, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out five during his two innings of work.

Tanner Jesson-Dalton recorded his first win of the year for the Lethbridge Bulls. He allowed one run over five innings. Jesson-Dalton struck out five, walked one and gave up six hits.

Gavin Collins couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Yorkton Cardinals, taking a loss. He lasted just four innings, walked five, struck out seven, and allowed five runs.
