The D.C. Grays (9-16) didn't put up much of a fight on Sunday, as the Baltimore Redbirds (18-6) cruised to a blowout 12-4 win at Washington Nationals Academy.

The Baltimore Redbirds scored five runs in the sixth on the Baltimore Redbirds scored in the sixth on an RBI single by Jake Mueller, an error, a single by Nicholas Fortes, , and a solo home run by Connor Klemann.

Klemann racked up four RBIs on two hits for the Baltimore Redbirds.

Cole Aker kept contact to a minimum, striking out nine the D.C. Grays batters. The Baltimore Redbirds' pitcher tossed five innings of shutout ball and allowed only five hits.

Jake Josephs (2-1) took the loss for the D.C. Grays. He allowed nine runs in 5 2/3 innings, walked two and struck out five.
