The Bethesda Big Train had no answer for Bryan Quillens, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Bethesda Big Train managed just one hit off of Quillens, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two during his three innings of work.

Jacob Erikson ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
