Cameron Simmons racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Baltimore Redbirds. He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the ninth inning.
The Vienna River Dogs' lineup had no answer for Joey Sullivan. The Vienna River Dogs managed just two hits off of Sullivan, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out four during his four innings of work.
Andrew Williamson racked up three RBIs on three hits for the Vienna River Dogs. He singled in the fourth, fifth, and ninth innings.
Frank Minamino (0-1) took the loss for the Vienna River Dogs. He lasted just two-thirds of an inning, walked four, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
