Fans were treated to a high-scoring affair Sunday as the Moose Jaw Miller Express (18-26) outscored the Melville Millionaires (9-34) 12-11.

The teams totaled 23 hits in the game.

The Moose Jaw Miller Express scored four runs in the first inning to build an early lead. The Moose Jaw Miller Express scored in the first on an RBI single by Lance VanNoy, a sacrifice fly by Chris Suarez, and a two-run double by Brooks Benson.

VanNoy racked up five RBIs on three hits for the Moose Jaw Miller Express.

Kobe Portillo improved to 3-3 on the year by picking up the win for the Moose Jaw Miller Express. He allowed one run over one inning. Portillo struck out two, walked two and gave up no hits.

Cole Masik (0-3) took the loss for the Melville Millionaires. He allowed nine runs in 3 2/3 innings, walked six and struck out four.
