Mitch McGeein racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Lethbridge Bulls. He singled in the third inning, doubled in the fifth inning, and homered in the eighth inning.
The Lethbridge Bulls relied on Pat Kelley to eat up innings en route to the win. Kelley allowed two earned runs, seven hits and no walks while striking out four over seven innings of work.
Dallas DeVrieze (1-2) took the loss for the Fort McMurray Giants. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked none, struck out six, and allowed four runs.
