Andrew Valichka had two extra base hits as the Rockville Express (3-7) took home a 7-5 victory over the Vienna River Dogs (3-7) at James Madison High School on Friday.

Matt Favero had an impressive outing against the Rockville Express' lineup. The Rockville Express managed just two hits off of Favero, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his two innings of work.

Cole Bradley got the win, running his season record to 1-1. He allowed one run over three innings. He struck out three, walked two and surrendered three hits.

John DeFazio (0-1) took the loss for the Vienna River Dogs. He lasted just 3 2/3 innings, walked four, struck out one, and allowed four runs.

The Rockville Express were sparked by Valichka and Jett Manning, who teamed up for five hits and three RBIs.
