The Baltimore Redbirds (5-2) beat the Rockville Express (2-6) 10-4 on Monday thanks to a three-run eighth inning.

The Baltimore Redbirds scored in the eighth on an RBI triple by Manny Pazos, an RBI single by Nicholas Fortes, an RBI single by Fortes, and an RBI single by Danny Blair.

Jake Mueller had a hot bat for the Baltimore Redbirds. Mueller went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run. He doubled in the fifth inning and singled in the seventh inning.

The Rockville Express couldn't get anything going so long as Andrew Miller was on the hill. The Rockville Express managed just two hits off of Miller, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out four during his 2 1/3 innings of work.

Kyle Dominy ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked four, struck out four, and allowed four runs.
