Thomas Tatham came off the bench and never even had to swing his bat as Tatham reached on a in the five to lead the Vienna River Dogs (3-2) to a 6-5 win over the Herndon Braves (2-3) on Monday at Herndon High School.

Colin Morse was effective even in defeat, mowing down seven the Vienna River Dogs batters and allowing one run.

Reid Frazier couldn't get it done on the hill for the Herndon Braves, taking a loss. He lasted just three innings, walked two, struck out five, and allowed two runs.
