Connor Oliver went 1-4, helping the Lake Erie Crushers (12-6) to a 5-2 victory over the Southern Illinois Miners (10-9) on Friday at Rent One Park, Marion, IL.

Steve Hagen had an impressive outing against the Southern Illinois Miners' lineup. The Southern Illinois Miners managed just two hits off of Hagen, who allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out seven during his 4 2/3 innings of work.

Jarett Miller pitched six innings and allowed one earned run, five hits and three walks while striking out three.

Chandler Jagodzinski recorded his first win of the year for the Lake Erie Crushers. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered one hit.

Miller was charged with his second loss of the year.
