Danny Deschamps knocked in three runs as the Qu��bec (4-1) took home a 7-4 victory over the Alberta (2-3) in seven innings at SrM Waldo Henderson Field on Saturday.
He singled in the third inning and homered in the fourth inning.Michel Simard struck out 11 hitters en route to the the Qu��bec win. Simard allowed two earned runs on eight hits and two walks over seven innings.
Ben Runyon was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed seven runs in 3 1/3 innings, walked four and struck out three.
