Tom Hudon kept the North Shore Navigators (0-1) off the board during his six innings of work and the Nashua Silver Knights (1-0) beat the North Shore Navigators, 5-2.

Hudon allowed four hits, one walk and struck out three.

Matt Fortin was hot from the plate for the Nashua Silver Knights. Fortin went 3-4 and scored one run. He singled in the third, sixth, and ninth innings.

Trevor Massey brought the heat against the Nashua Silver Knights during his outing. The Nashua Silver Knights managed just one hit off of Massey, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two during his 2 1/3 innings of work.

Steve Xirinachs couldn't get it done on the rubber for the North Shore Navigators, taking a loss. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked none, struck out two, and allowed four runs.
