The Qu��bec one (3-0) shut the door early on the Saskatchewan (0-3), capturing a 15-1 victory on Friday at Parc Laverdiere two.

Nine runs in the first three innings allowed the Qu��bec one to put the game away early.

An RBI double by Cedric De Granpre, a two-run double by Mathis Poutre, and a two-run single by Esteban St Pierre in the first inning and an RBI double by Poutre during the second inning helped the Qu��bec one put some runs on the board early.

Poutre had two extra-base hits for the Qu��bec one.

Mathis Leclaire pitched lights out for the Qu��bec one. The Saskatchewan managed just one hit off of the the Qu��bec one's pitcher, who allowed one earned run, walked none and struck out six during his five innings of work.

Dylan Fiske couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Saskatchewan, taking a loss. He lasted just one inning, walked one, struck out three, and allowed five runs.

Poutre, De Granpre, St Pierre and Thomas Sansregret helped lead the Qu��bec one. They combined for eight hits and seven RBIs.
