Michael Antonio went 2-4 as the Frontier Greys (34-37) took home a 3-2 victory over the Lake Erie Crushers (30-40) in eight innings at All Pro Freight Stadium on Sunday.
He singled in the seventh and eighth innings.Max Duval struck out eight hitters en route to the the Frontier Greys win. Duval allowed two earned runs on three hits and no walks over seven innings.
Despite the loss, the Lake Erie Crushers' Zach Morton dominated the Frontier Greys' batters, giving up two runs and striking out five.
Daniel DeSimone ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just one-third of an inning, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
