Trevor Swaney kept the Yorkton Cardinals (18-21) off the board during his seven innings of work and the Okotoks Dawgs (22-14) beat the Yorkton Cardinals, 9-4.

Swaney struck out three and allowed one walk and five hits.

Logan Trowbridge racked up four RBIs on three hits for the Okotoks Dawgs. He singled in the fourth, fifth, and seventh innings.

Tristen Rizek racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Yorkton Cardinals. He singled in the second inning and doubled in the eighth inning.

Codi Scanlon was charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked none and struck out six.
