The Lethbridge Bulls (19-5) beat the Swift Current Indians (6-16) 6-5 on Wednesday at Spitz Stadium behind Trace Hansen, who drove in three runs.

Nate Ackerman had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He doubled in the second and fifth innings.

Reno Dupuis improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Lethbridge Bulls. He struck out two, walked one and surrendered one hit.

Robbie DeVries (0-2) took the loss for the Swift Current Indians. He lasted just 1 2/3 innings, walked none, struck out none, and allowed one run.
