Kevin Czarnecki drove in three runs, helping the Swift Current Indians (6-14) to a 4-1 victory over the Yorkton Cardinals (9-14) on Saturday at Jubilee Park.

The Swift Current Indians relied on Justin Disbro to eat up innings en route to the win. Disbro allowed no earned runs, six hits and one walk while striking out five over seven innings of work.

Carter Hanford had two extra-base hits for the Yorkton Cardinals. He doubled in the fourth and sixth innings.

Rodney McKay couldn't get it done on the hill for the Yorkton Cardinals, taking a loss. He lasted just 6 2/3 innings, walked one, struck out nine, and allowed four runs.
