The Okotoks Dawgs take out the Yorkton Cardinals with help from Sisler, 6-5

Brian Sisler collected three hits, sparking the Okotoks Dawgs (2-6) to a 6-5 victory over the Yorkton Cardinals (4-4) on Tuesday at Jubilee Park.

He doubled in the first inning and singled in the second and fourth innings.

The Yorkton Cardinals couldn't get anything going as long as Kenny Knudsen was pitching. The Yorkton Cardinals managed just one hit off of Knudsen, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two during his two innings of work.

Zach Mihic put himself in scoring position with two extra-base hits for the Yorkton Cardinals. He singled in the first inning and doubled in the fourth and fifth innings.

Garrett Osterode pitched lights out for the Yorkton Cardinals. The Okotoks Dawgs managed just two hits off of Osterode, who allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out two during his four innings of work.

Dalton Gulick recorded his first win of the year for the Okotoks Dawgs. He allowed one run over one inning. Gulick struck out none, walked none and gave up three hits.

Aaron Dick (0-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He allowed six runs in four innings, walked one and struck out two.
