Pitchers had a tough day during the game between the Trinidad Triggers (29-13) and the Santa Fe Fuego (22-15), as the two teams put up 20 runs combined in a 12-8 the Trinidad Triggers win.

The teams totaled 29 hits in the game.

Edmund Cheatham racked up two RBIs on three hits for the Trinidad Triggers. He singled in the second, fourth, and seventh innings.

Matt Petrone was solid at the plate for the Santa Fe Fuego. Petrone went 3-5, drove in one and scored four runs. He doubled in the sixth inning and singled in the fifth and ninth innings.

Daniel Karasinski recorded his third win of the year for the Trinidad Triggers. He allowed three runs over 2 1/3 innings. He struck out two, walked none and surrendered three hits.
