The Baltimore Dodgers make the most of 4 hits in 3-2 victory over the Vienna River Dogs

Both the Baltimore Dodgers (3-6) and the Vienna River Dogs (5-5) put runners aboard on Monday, but it was the Baltimore Dodgers that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 3-2 win at Joe Cannon Stadium.

The Baltimore Dodgers were led by Evan Mendoza's hitting. Mendoza went 2-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He singled in the fourth and sixth innings.

Ryne Veenema pitched lights out for the Baltimore Dodgers. Veenema held the Vienna River Dogs hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out one.

A bright spot for the Vienna River Dogs in the defeat was Jordon Accetta, who allowed only three runs while striking out six.

Jordan Menfee recorded his first win of the year for the Baltimore Dodgers. He allowed two runs over six innings. He struck out two, walked three and surrendered seven hits.

Accetta (1-1) took the loss for the Vienna River Dogs.
