The Pittsfield Suns (21-24) didn't put up much of a fight on Thursday, as the Marthas Vineyard Sharks (27-18) cruised to a blowout 8-2 win at Wahconah Park.

Bobby San Martin racked up two RBIs on two hits for the Marthas Vineyard Sharks. He singled in the first inning and homered in the seventh inning.

Corey Wilson (3-3) took the loss for the Pittsfield Suns. He lasted just four innings, walked two, struck out four, and allowed five runs.

The Marthas Vineyard Sharks pounded the Pittsfield Suns pitching, as six hitters combined for 13 hits, eight RBIs and seven runs scored.
