The North Shore Navigators (21-17) beat the Seacoast Mavericks (12-24) 3-2 in seven innings on Sunday at Fraser Field behind Giovanni Dingcong, who went 1-2.

Taso Stathopolous brought the heat against the Seacoast Mavericks during his outing. The Seacoast Mavericks managed just two hits off of the the North Shore Navigators' pitcher, who allowed one earned run, walked three and struck out five during his 5 2/3 innings of work.

It was a good day at the plate for the Seacoast Mavericks' Ryan Gendron. Gendron went 2-3, drove in one and scored one run. He homered in the fourth inning and singled in the sixth inning.

Ryan Ricci (0-6) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just six innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed three runs.
