Troy Terzi kept the Torrington Titans (9-8) off the board during his six innings of work and the Bristol Blues (11-8) beat the Torrington Titans, 5-2.

Terzi allowed three hits, two walks and struck out eight.

Austin Chauvin had two extra-base hits for the Bristol Blues. He doubled in the second inning and homered in the sixth inning.

Nick Johnson couldn't get it done on the rubber for the Torrington Titans, taking a loss. He lasted just six innings, walked none, struck out one, and allowed four runs.

Chauvin, Jaime Timothy, Christian Whigham and Ryan Rinsky helped lead the Bristol Blues. They combined for seven hits and three RBIs.
