Ryan Kelly had two extra base hits, sparking the Marthas Vineyard Sharks (33-19) to a 10-5 victory over the Worcester Bravehearts (24-30) on Friday at Vineyard Baseball Park.

Mac Curran put together a nice outing. Curran held the Worcester Bravehearts hitless over two innings, allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out three.

The Marthas Vineyard Sharks had no answer for Nick Freijomil, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. The Marthas Vineyard Sharks managed just one hit off of Freijomil, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out one during his three innings of work.

Soren Hanson got his fifth win for the Marthas Vineyard Sharks despite allowing five runs over five innings. He struck out five, walked three and surrendered seven hits.

Jonathon Mulford (1-2) took the loss for the Worcester Bravehearts. He allowed seven runs in four innings, walked one and struck out two.
