The Piedmont Pride (19-4) continued to pile up the runs on Monday, scoring three runs in the last three innings, en route to an easy 15-0 win over the Statesville Owls (10-12) at Statesville High School.

Poole racked up six RBIs on five hits for the Piedmont Pride.
The Piedmont Pride got the win thanks in large part to Adam Pennington's dominant, seven-strikeout performance. The Piedmont Pride's pitcher gave up just three hits over four shutout innings.
Mo Foster (1-3) took the loss for the Statesville Owls. He allowed seven runs in three innings, walked three and struck out two.
