Thomas Yoder went 2-4 and hit a home run, sparking the Piedmont Pride (10-2) to a 6-5 victory over the Carolina Vipers (7-6) on Monday at Winthrop University.
He homered in the second inning and singled in the fourth inning.Drew Bolick pitched lights out for the Piedmont Pride. The Carolina Vipers managed just two hits off of the the Piedmont Pride's pitcher, who allowed one earned run, walked two and struck out four during his five innings of work.
