Sunday was a great day for Sam Eberle, as he clubbed two home runs to carry the Florence Freedom (46-44) to a 5-0 victory over the Frontier Greys (40-50) at UC Health Stadium.

Patrick McGrath brought the heat against the Frontier Greys during his outing. The Frontier Greys managed just one hit off of McGrath, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out none during his five innings of work.

Liam OSullivan (0-2) took the loss for the Frontier Greys. He lasted just five innings, walked one, struck out one, and allowed five runs.

The Florence Freedom were sparked by Zac Mitchell and Eberle, who teamed up for four hits and four RBIs.
