Zach Warren held the Chugiak Chinooks (14-16) scoreless for seven innings to boost the Matsu Miners (22-6) to a 4-0 victory.

Warren struck out four and allowed three walks and six hits.

Tanner Nishioka had a busy day at the plate, collecting two extra-base hits. He singled in the second inning and tripled in the fourth and eighth innings.

Grant Page kept the Matsu Miners off the board during his 5 2/3 innings of work. Page struck out none and allowed two walks and two hits.

Cadon Owens was charged with his first loss of the year. He lasted just 3 1/3 innings, walked two, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
