The Anchorage Bucs (4-6) jumped out to an early lead, but were unable to hold on and lost 6-1 to the Chugiak Chinooks (7-4) on Sunday.

An RBI double by Tyler Boxwell gave the Chugiak Chinooks the lead in the fourth inning.

Boxwell did his best to jumpstart the offense for the Chugiak Chinooks, reaching base four times. He scored one run and had one RBI. He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the fifth and ninth innings.

Grant Page picked up the win for the Chugiak Chinooks. Page allowed one earned run, four hits and one walk while striking out none over six innings of work.

Stephan Trosclair reached base three times in the game for the Anchorage Bucs. He singled in the first inning.

Taylor Jones (0-2) was the game's losing pitcher. He lasted just 3 1/3 innings, walked four, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
