The Peninsula Oilers make the most of 3 hits in 4-3 victory over the Anchorage Bucs

Both the Peninsula Oilers (4-2) and the Anchorage Bucs (3-4) put runners aboard on Tuesday, but it was the Peninsula Oilers that were able to take advantage, pulling out a 4-3 win at Mulcahy Field.

It was a good day at the plate for the Peninsula Oilers' Brian Ruhm. Ruhm went 1-4, drove in one and scored two runs. He tripled in the fifth inning.

Stephan Trosclair racked up three RBIs on two hits for the Anchorage Bucs. He doubled in the first inning and homered in the sixth inning.

Josh Medeles recorded his first win of the year for the Peninsula Oilers. He allowed three runs over five innings. He struck out one, walked two and surrendered four hits.

Quin Grogan couldn't get it done on the hill for the Anchorage Bucs, taking a loss. He lasted just seven innings, walked seven, struck out five, and allowed four runs.
