Carson Crites came off the bench and never even had to swing his bat as Crites reached on a error in the six to lead the Anchorage Glacier Pilots (26-20) to a 4-1 win over the Chugiak Chinooks (18-26) on Saturday at Loretta French Field.

Kyle Watson had two extra-base hits for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots. He singled in the third inning, tripled in the eighth innings, and doubled in the ninth inning.

Jordan Aboites picked up the win for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots. Aboites pitched eight innings and allowed one earned run, six hits and no walks while striking out five.

Michael Fairchild allowed one earned run, five hits and three walks while striking out two over seven innings of work.

CJ Lewington couldn't get it done on the mound for the Chugiak Chinooks, taking a loss. He lasted just zero innings, walked two, struck out none, and allowed two runs.

The Anchorage Glacier Pilots were sparked by Watson and Luke Hamblin, who teamed up for four hits and two RBIs.
