The Chugiak Chinooks (9-4) beat the Anchorage Glacier Pilots (4-8) 2-1 on Sunday at Mulcahy Field behind Will Bass, who went 1-3.

Lucas Hamelink brought the heat against the Anchorage Glacier Pilots during his outing. Hamelink held the Anchorage Glacier Pilots hitless over five innings, allowed no earned runs, walked three and struck out two.

Drew Jacobs pitched lights out for the Anchorage Glacier Pilots. The Chugiak Chinooks managed just one hit off of Jacobs, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out two during his two innings of work.

Justin Dellenger ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his second loss of the year. He lasted just four innings, walked one, struck out two, and allowed two runs.
