Jordan Jackson went 3-3 at the plate, helping the Palm Beach Xtreme (14-22) to a 4-2 victory over the Coral Springs Canes (4-16) on Tuesday at Spanish River High School.

He singled in the second and fourth innings and doubled in the sixth inning.

Derek Jacobs pitched seven innings and allowed one earned run, four hits and three walks while striking out three.

Alan Carey pitched lights out for the Coral Springs Canes. The Palm Beach Xtreme managed just two hits off of Carey, who allowed no earned runs, walked one and struck out two during his three innings of work.

Franklin Russell recorded his first win of the year for the Palm Beach Xtreme. He struck out one, walked none and surrendered no hits.

Alec Duboy was charged with his fourth loss of the year. He lasted just six innings, walked three, struck out one, and allowed four runs.
