Emilie Rochefort came off the bench and never even had to swing his bat as Rochefort reached on a error in the four to lead the Qu��bec (2-0) to a 13-8 win over the Alberta (1-1) on Friday at Stade Arvida.

Kim Ravary-Desrosiers improved to 1-0 on the year by picking up the win for the Qu��bec. He allowed one run over 2 1/3 innings. Ravary-Desrosiers struck out five, walked none and gave up two hits.

Emily Jackson ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed eight runs in four innings, walked five and struck out three.
