Seventh-inning rally sparks blowout win for the Butler Blue Sox, 8-1

The Butler Blue Sox (21-14) rolled over the Champion City Kings 8-1 on Sunday at Davidson Stadium after a six-run rally in the seventh inning.

The Butler Blue Sox scored in the seventh on , an RBI single by Stephen Sada, an RBI single by Collin Massanelli, a two-run error, and a sacrifice fly by Nick Sell.

Massanelli was solid at the plate for the Butler Blue Sox. Massanelli went 2-4, drove in one and scored one run.

Mick Fennell picked up the win for the Butler Blue Sox. Fennell allowed one earned run, four hits and one walk while striking out two over seven innings of work.

Jacob Rodrigue couldn't get it done on the hill for the Champion City Kings (14-19), taking a loss. He allowed eight runs in six innings, walked two and struck out none.
