Callegari allows no runs to lead the Swift Current Indians past the Weyburn Beavers 6-0

Sean Callegari kept the Weyburn Beavers (15-20) off the board during his seven innings of work and the Swift Current Indians (23-14) beat the Weyburn Beavers, 6-0.

Callegari allowed five hits, no walks and struck out seven.

Mike Gershman was the lone bright spot for the Weyburn Beavers in the loss.

Gershman was hot from the plate for the Weyburn Beavers. Gershman went 2-3. He tripled in the fifth inning and singled in the seventh inning.

Gershman pitched lights out for the Weyburn Beavers. The Swift Current Indians managed just one hit off of Gershman, who allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out none during his one inning of work.

The Swift Current Indians blew out the Weyburn Beavers thanks to 13 hits, including zero extra base hits. The Swift Current Indians scored three runs in the fourth on the Swift Current Indians scored in the fourth on a double by Liam Goodall, a two-run single by Matt Spillman, and an RBI single by Darren Kolk.
